I like to make it a bit different to some,
I dice the potatoes.
Then, swede, carrots, onions,parsnips I greate up. helps to thicken up the stew, maybe a little corn flour and bisto to bigsmile

Sounds lovely but I have to confess to not eating red meat very often. I like it but it doesn't like me. Something to do with having no thyroid. Don't ask hehe
