The Dutch have announced that they are going to enforce a law that people cannot wear face coverings such as masks, helmets and burkas in or on public transport, buildings and other places. It has been common for a while but not fully enforced.
I think it's a good idea, what do you think?

Coincidentally, yesterday in India the Parliament banned the Triple Talak Sharia Law where by a man could instantly divorce his wife by repeating 'Talak' 3 times. He could also do it over long distance phone. Of course India is grinding-ly slow.

Hi soufie. I'm not exactly sure, I know they apparently are not made to wear them. It's mainly a 'man' thing as they don't like the ladies being looked at.
I'm not against the religion per say but as we do in their country they should abide by our ways.
I'm broad minded yet it's a little intimidating for some reason. maybe it's because it could be anyone under it.

Once we have biometric identification such as DNA readily available, your face won't be important. Faces are only important if we need to identify people. One day we wont use them.

Religious considerations have always been of necessity, limited freedoms, just as speech in the US is limited.

Using the analogy that the burkha should be allowed simply because it has ties to religion does that mean I can make a new thread titled "anyone know how to fix a sucking chest wound?" Where I explained using modern medicine is against my religion, or would I be treated as responsible for letting the person die?
