Who still sleeps on a waterbed?
Who sleeps on an air bed?

I slept on waterbeds for about 16 years.
I slept on air beds for about 4 years.

Now I sleep on a spacebed.

Anyone else slept/sleep on waterbeds?

Yes, I've slept on a waterbed. I had a boyfriend for several years and he had a waterbed. I did not like it.

I have a normal single bed with Elephant feet, plastic things that raise it 8 inches to store more stuff underneath

LOL, IDK?

I bought a full size space foam mattress.
I added 3 different contour forming mattress toppers

I sink in but have support.
My bed hugs me.
spock
I change the sequence of the toppers for different effects.

If I ate or drank in my bedroom (I don't), I could balance a full glass of water on one end and roll around on the other and the water wouldn't spill.

I use different topper combinations for summer and winter.

The bed does save space tho, so there's that.
winking
Over the years I've owned full flotation queen, semi-flotation queen and full inner chamber waterbeds.

I've slept on around 5 different Intex air beds.
My favorite is the one that is bed height and has the built in pump.
I have a queen right now in the guest bedroom.
I've laid on it and its pretty comfortable but my bed is much more comfortable.
Plus, my GF likes it a lot.

I don't think I could have a water bed in my apartment. They are nice to sleep on.

Water beds make me sea sick. ill

waving waving I still have one! Itโ€™s a king size

I love sleeping on it love Itโ€™s so comfy and warm in the winter time! bigsmile
But, as I get older, I donโ€™t think it will be very comfy for my back noway then Iโ€™ll have to
get a regular mattress for the frame tears

That space foam mattress sounds like something Iโ€™d like to try in the future biggrin

Waterbeds are a big pain if you have to move. Think about that.

I slept on a water bed once. The next morning, I discovered that I was capsized.

I've been sleeping on a waterbed since 1972. Super comfortable, makes my back not hurt. Inexpensive. The nice thing about a waterbed, if the bed isn't firm enough, add water. Too firm, take out some water. When I travel or visit relatives, don't sleep well. Some of those places have really nice, very expensive mattresses, but they don't provide the comfort you get with a water bed.

Hey Mary. Good that you like a water bed. I have my problems. I like something stable. I like a mattress. One time I moved with a guy who had a water bed. You have to remove the water. When you get to the new place, you have to add water to the bed. It is too much. I don't like it.

I slept on one for 10 years when living with my ex. Hated it. Very uncomfortable, when you sit up your rear end is on a plank, it moves too much when you turn at night (or the other person) and it didn't support my back very well.
I didn't find it very hygienic either to warm a bed you sleep in. Like a hotbed for germs.

Glad to be sleeping on my own mattress again, a very expensive one that does support my back and ventilates properly.
Ifever I'd meet a man who sleeps on a waterbed we're going to have a problem as I will never do so again.

My waterbed is a semi waveless, so it barely moves at all. You also need to put specific waterbed conditioner into it every few months
We all have our preferences and thatโ€™s what mine is bigsmile

I had a motion free one and a regular one. The motion free is better, but I wouldn't want another one. I agree with eric, my twin is memory foam and is much better.

I liked sleeping on one because it was so warm. I slept great on that bed.
