Welcome the the fast healthy trackdrinker .... A juicer and Nutri-bullet were my best investments on this journey to help get to where I am, but have so much farther to go..

I didn't drink, but used to eat junk food to get where I went.

Kick names and take butt.

As a non drinker, i've learned that sobriety is

Congrats  I do intermittent fasting. Us weirdos can be found on Intermittent fasting for women on fb. It is really interesting and we are hugely supportive of each other.

Some have 5 pounds to lose, some have 200 and the before and after pics are amazing.

I have 5 kgs to lose and happy days then

Me to. I been naughty for the last two months, but I've eaten my yearly chocolate covered cherry quota , had my eggnog ice cream and other Christmas delights, so time to get back to it. I haven't gained any weight but I haven't lost any either. I haven't been doing much cardio at the gym but I've increased my weightlifting and resistance training so maybe that why.Good luck! You can do it,!
