And yes, my pallet has changed a bit since I've gone back to acrylics in Feb. Occasionally also using neon which until recently I didn't even know existed, haha.
I've always had a far different style of painting with acrylics. Not sure why. I don't see myself going back to oils anytime soon. I had to to finish "Go With the Flow" last week, which is oil, and I felt it was nightmarish, hihi.

Suddenly got inspired and did some more painting :D
A nice new thing to try and do. Amazed I got it finished in one go. Well, before and after dinner that is, but still in one day.

Star Gazing is what I'm calling it.

In spite of problems with my neck, head, back due to a new lower back cushion -that I of course sent back to the shop- I did make a new painting!
I had to give it 2 days for my head to become sort of stable again, and by then I'd gotten really narked cos I so wanted to paint!
A bit of a 'decisions decisions' thing as painting is taxing for me yet it makes me happy which does the body good.

I am glad I decided to paint as it indeed made me feel happy again! :D
No idea what to call it.

The elephant was quite a challenge at first, and just when I thought it wasn't going to work out it suddenly began to look great! Always goes that way for me, hihi.
I guess when you stop caring how it turns out you truly tap into your creative centre :)
