PS Have you spoken with your daughter today? How’s she and Emilia doing?

Yes, not over the phone, but she has Apped me a few times and about an hour ago sent me the most gorgeous photo of Emilia!!
She has already changed a wee bit, I expected that as the same thing happened at the time with my daughter.
All is going well, the baby is eating/drinking a lot, haha. Breastfeeding is going very well!
The maternity assistant is a sweetheart too, spoiling her with fruit smoothies and fruitsnacks. The latter she put on a plate for two (her man as well) in the shape of 2 palmtrees!
My daughter is already emotional at the thought of her leaving after a week so she's emotional. I love that as she often tended to be in her head. But hormones shift and change after delivery but also when a you're a mother, right?!
But all is well

I finished this one today :)
I had painted it last week or so but it wasn't to my liking so I did it again. Now I am happy with it!

Ideas for a title welcome. Again nothing comes to mind except for "Majestic".
I do feel affinity with deer as their closely related to Elen of the Ways, the deity/Goddess of (northern parts of) the UK.

Another beautiful painting. Alas my brain can’t think of a title at the moment but I’ll ponder over it meantime. I’m kinda thinking along the lines of golden sun rays, forest and antlers. Just thinking out loud as that’s the vibe I’m feeling.

And the only title that comes up for me is "Looking for Elen" (Elen of the Ways).

Good! Could also be a connection to goddess Diana, or Artemis.
But to me Elen of the Ways resonates stronger. I've always had a thing for her, ever since I found out about her.
