Started this one yesterday, calling it Egyptian Dream.
40x50 cm.
A lot left to do of course.

I thought I was done with the 2 pyramids but when cleaning up I noticed that the lines of the one to the left are still not properly horizontal. Narked about that as I thought I'd corrected it. Apparently not




EDIT: remembering I DID do more work on it. I still don't like it though, haha.
Tomorrow is another day.

Did more work on the Sphinx' body. Face needs to get its finishing touch but I got so frustrated, couldn't get it right, that I decided it's the body first.
The body isn't entirely done yet, but finally getting there.

After almost a month of not painting I suddenly felt like it again :)
So in spite of yesterday heat I've been painting most of the afternoon. I've finished it off today :)

Finished my painting this afternoon when little Roosje was sleeping :)
All that I had to do was paint the deer in the archway.
Since it's Diana's Temple, a deer had to be on it too.
