what do you mean by centre it ? can you give bit more info ?

Sounds like you did the Windows 10 update that so many people have trouble with.
You can check this in your update list, then check online if it is the same one that causes trouble for many, incl not getting the page in the middle no matter what you do.
It has to do with the update messing with certain graph cards.

If this is it, you can roll back to before the update and switch updates off.

If it is not this, then give more info.

dont switch the updates off!
