"How do feel Biden winning US Pres. of the United States?"
This is the topic .. it does not state that only US Citizens may comment on it. This is an international site. I'm sure other countries have an opinion about what happens in the U.S. as our politics do affect more than just our own citizens.
Calling others out due to them not being US citizens does not answer the topic or address the topic. It seems when one does that, one is trying to imply that their opinion or word does not have any merit.
Ideas are meant to be shared. If we don't like them, it is still polite to have adult discussion.. attacking a person for an idea that we don't agree with? Ideas form and then are shaped into better ideas..usually by more then just one person or group of people even.
Seriouly.. a country neighbors our own borders and before pandemic had pretty free access would easily know when our "holidays" were and even know the effect some of these mandates have created.
A person across the oceans would have idFeas about how they are affected when we have political change. They have just as much insight into the political machine as anyone else.
It is benficial to see and hear all ideas and opinions.. to just shut down what one does not like to hear whether the source be US, Canada, Mexico, etc. is a bit narrow. It takes a lot of ideas and thoughts bouncing around to really come up with just a few good ones worthy of possible implementation..
Seeing more then just one angle is a benefit..
My opinion about Biden becoming President most likely does not fit into someone's perfect idea.. however .. Once he takes the office, I will hope that he will do the best job he can and remember what this country was founded upon, and do what's right by it's citizens.
Not all of this division. This division of the country started long before Trump was elected. There is always going to be a scapegoat.. as far back as anyone cares to remember..
When someone repeatedly berates our country I get a bit annoyed, sorry.
Of course I'm sure most actual Canadians know when our holidays are but I would think they would also know when their own are; you know when we celebrate thanks giving, Canada does it on Nov 10th.
When some one states they're from Iran and then later insinuates they're not I call them on it so again, sorry.
I don't like liars and I don't like bullies even if it's verbal bullying.
One of these two people constantly and repeatedly parrots out the latest lies from his hero and has even went so far as to challenge those of us that are not part of the cult to produce facts. Every time I've done so his response has been nothing, like as in "oh no this guy actually produced the facts now I don't know what to say". So he just pretends it didn't happen exactly like Trump does.
Push me and push me and there comes a point when I push back. I honestly try not to pay much attention to politics but I do read everything and when I saw the repetitive verbal bullying taking place here from this person I felt a need to represent the other side.
History will show what sort of man Trump is even if some haven't caught on yet as more and more knowledge of his crimes surface and no it's not "fake news". Not when CBS, NBC, ABC, the New York Times and the Washington post all report the same thing. Most of you are too young to remember when then president NIXON lied to the world on TV but I've never forgotten it, there's a disgusting parallel between Nixon and Trump. What really takes it to another level is as I've said before not only does Trump publicly admit to crimes he's committed he's proud of it.
So if I'm wrong for defending our country and standing up against evil and tyranny so be it.
