What I saw with my own two eyes was a kid lying about being an EMT, running
around with a loaded AR15, after curfew, shooting people that tried to stop him
from shooting more people. I have nothing else to say.
with all due respect you shouldnt say anything else cause you have no idea what your talking about. Look at the evidence . It’s not illegal to protect your property especially when the cops were told not to respond appropriately. They came after Kyle not the other way around. The real misinformation is being spouted apparently by the source you get your information.

It wasnt his property. My source was the trial. I’m just as entitled to my observation as you are. Yes you are and what we observed was a young man trying to put out the fires and protect property weather it was his or not doesnt matter . If not for the scum bags that felt it nessary to attack people, burn cars and buildings, none of this would be happening. This is a simple case of self defense nothing more. It’s a laugh that people say those protesters we’re here s and only trying to stop that evil man with a gun. Check your tv channel cause you must be watching the Rittenhouse trial if that’s your observation.

All police matters, not a 17 year old. Since when is death the penalty for looting or burning a dumpster?

Well the thug that set the dumpster on fire got more then he could bargain for that night. He should have never tried to grab Kyle's gun out of his hand and that dude wouldn't be dead right now, the thug played a stupid game and won a stupid prize it is what it is.

If the kid never went there that night the guy wouldn’t be dead. We can
play this game all night.

If the thug never went there that night and stayed home he would still be alive right now. What Kyle did was self defense, if he didn't shoot those 3 dudes Kyle would be the one dead. Would you be ok if they killed Kyle if they took his gun off of him and shot him dead with his own gun?

And the jury is breaking after 7 hours for the night. They must be having difficulty making a decision.

If I was a parent of a 17 year old, armed or not...I would not have let him go.

When one of the prosecutor said that "Everybody takes a beating sometimes, right?” and said “Sometimes you get in a scuffle, and maybe you do get hurt a little bit" he was basically saying that a person has NO RIGHT to stop themselves from being beaten.

This wasn't a "scuffle".

Joseph Rosenbaum, the first person killed was shot at a range of just a few feet and had soot injuries that could indicate he had his hand over the barrel of Rittenhouse’s rifle, a pathologist testified. Much of the media has tried to show Rosenbaum as a hero trying to protect people but it appears he was really trying to take control of the gun.
Rosenbaum wasn't a hero, he was rioter and a disgusting criminal. The Pima County (Arizona) Clerk of Courts confirm Joseph Rosenbaum was charged by a grand jury with 11 counts of child molestation and inappropriate sexual activity around children, including **** rape. The victims were five boys ranging in age from nine to 11 years old.

Anthony Huber, the second person killed, swung his skateboard connecting with Rittenhouse's head and neck. The prusecutor said “It is not ‘could have caused’ great bodily harm or death. It is not ‘likely’ to have caused great bodily harm or death. It is ‘imminent threat’ of death or great bodily harm.” If someone swinging and hitting you with a skateboard at your head isn't an "imminent threat" of "great bodily harm" what is it?????
Anthony Huber criminal arrest record includes Recklessly Endangering Safety/Use of a Dangerous Weapon, Strangulation and Suffocation/Domestic Abuse, False Imprisonment/Domestic Abuse/Use of a Dangerous Weapon.

Gaige Grosskreutz, shot in the arm by Rittenhouse, ADMITTED during his testimony that HE POINTED his handgun at Rittenhouse WHEN he was shot. It's notable that Rittenhouse DIDN'T continue shooting once the THREAT was neutralized.
Gaige Grosskreutz criminal record shows he was convicted of a crime for use of a firearm while intoxicated. In 2012 he had a felony burglary charge in New Berlin when cops said he was caught trying to sell three stolen PlayStation consoles,In 2013, he was charged with smashing the bedroom window at an ex-girlfriend’s home at 4 a.m., with the woman claiming he had been harassing her on the phone. In 2010, Grosskreutz was arrested and charged with hitting his grandmother in the face during a dispute.

There is also a picture of one of the prosecutors pointing an AR-15 in the court room with his finger INSIDE the trigger guard. ANYONE who is EDUCATED on the SAFE handling of ANY weapon KNOWS you treat EVERY weapon as if is LOADED. That means NEVER having a finger inside a trigger guard UNTIL you are ready to shoot a weapon. This prosecutor either knows NOTHING about the SAFE handling of guns or he DOESN'T care about the safe handling guns when it comes to a case he is trying to prove.

The prosecuting attorney also seemed wholly misinformed on hollow-point vs FMJ bullets.

Binger made a very persuasive case.

His statement, 'what Rosenbaum's thoughts or intents were as he followed KR, are not known.'

Followed by, 'Why would Rittenhouse shoot 4 times, when his 1st shot shattered the hip and brought Rosenbaum dawn'

'That KR's remaining 4 shots were is defense - 'maybe'

But how can it be defense, when it is the first 4 shots that triggered the pursuit?

--- paraphrasing from Video

My impression of the Jury is - from the voices I heard on Day 1 - Jury selection - these are people from segments who are inclined to give Rosenbaum the benefit of doubt.

The people that approached the kid did so because he just shot and killed someone. The person he shot was already down when the kid shot him 3 more times. It was the kids actions that created the situation. You can’t claim self defense for a situation you created. None of his actions were reasonable and had he just not had the gun and went around administering medical assistance like he said he was there to do none of this would have happened.

The whole thing is a tragedy. Did he have enough life experience or training to understand pointing your gun at people to exercise power is considered a threat? If he had not been so dodgy about buying and then carrying the gun without parent's consent, this would not have happened.
Unfortunatly, I believe he bought this upon himsellf and now will be scarred for life.
Noone wins here.

This is not true. He tripped, saw two or three people approaching him, one swinging a skateboard and he fired shots. Killing one and taking a chunk out of the arm of the other after seeing his gun.

ok Bastet, you have convinced me… that we will not agree on the way we view the trial or the evidence that has been presented. We will have to wait for the jury. .. one thing I hope will not come into the decision of the jurors is the potential for violence in Kenosha . What will be will be no matter what the decision . I’m sure we can agree on that point.

You evidently haven't watched the ACTUAL trial or chose to ignore FACTS and TESTIMONY.

Gaige Grosskreutz, who was shot in the arm by Rittenhouse, ADMITTED during his testimony that HE POINTED his handgun at Rittenhouse FIRST BEFORE he was shot. It's notable that Rittenhouse DIDN'T continue shooting once the THREAT was neutralized.

Anthony Huber, the second person killed, swung his skateboard connecting with Rittenhouse's head and neck BEFORE he was shot. How ISN'T that a threat of "great bodily harm" which is a justification for SELF DEFENSE????

The judge also threw out the charge of a minor in possession of a gun. Wisconsin law DOESN'T prohibit a minor to be in possession of ALL guns. Wisconsin law that the prosecution tried to use is limited to minors being in possession of short-barreled shotguns or rifles....the semi-automatic rifle had a FULL length barrel. If the prosecutors were defense attorneys their client would likely sue them for malpractice.

Perhaps it would behoove you to do your own research and then opine using facts rather than seemingly regurgitating what the MSM "reports", on both the left and right, that is ACTUALLY opinion presented as factual news.

Now MSNBC has been barred from the courthouse because they tried to catch and photograph the jury in the van that was transporting them from the courthouse.
How nice of them to put people who are doing their civic duty in jeopardy. Make sure that the jury should be in fear of their lives IF they find Rittenhouse innocent.

So much for MSNBC's coverage of this trial.

The names of those on the jury will be released sometime after the trial. Why do you think Chauvin was found guilty when clearly George Flyod overdosed? The names of that jury have already been released. Those people lived in fear to what would happen to them, and the public had they not voted to convict on all charges, well some of them were just racist and trying to pull one over on whitey, but the rest feared for their lives!

As far as these idiots who got shot by Rittenhouse, I don't feel sorry for them in the least. First they say "F- the police" and then they get shot and say "where were the police to protect us?" Here's some advice for people, you don't show up for a gun fight with a skateboard! Maybe the police could have cleared out the crowd before any of this went down but being they can no longer use teargas, rubber bullets, water cannons, or any kind of physical restraint we are likely to see many more cases like this in the future. Maybe we can defund all police departments and make it a vigilante free for all?

Everyone sees what they see, even jury deliberations continuing speak to that. While footage that I have seen does show Rittenhouse being chased by Rosenbaum, I question was it reasonable for Rittenhouse to shoot him and shoot him four times? Now that he is an active shooter, is it reasonable to think that some people may try to apprehend him? I have a feeling that some of the people that have posted on this thread would have.

hes Not an active shooter . He shot to save his life only. Do you think a store owner that is robbed at gun point, and shoots the thug robbing him because he wants to live is an “ Active Shooter”.?

I have a couple problems with the Floyd case. First there were FOUR TRAINED cops there and IMO they SHOULD have been able to CONTROL Floyd without kneeling on his neck especially after Floyd said he couldn't breath. But it can't be ignored that he was resisting arrest AFTER being placed in a cops car, that he was able to exit the cop car and that he had drugs in his system which can make a person more difficult to control. Also with his medical history his drug use were probably a contributing factors in his death even if he didn't "overdose".
