A problem, that likely isn't really a problem but I'm stuck....

I have to do something on my phone with a specific app from Visa. Something that I MUST do for some new law chit.

Problem is, when done I have to edit info as my nationality is missing. I tap "edit", enter my nationality, but then... I can't get to "Save" button as this the Android keyboard is covering this part. I cannot scroll, so how the hell do I get the keyboard to TEMPORARILY move down so I can click "save"?

Anyone?

Would changing the font size temporarily not help? I’m thinking it may reduce the size just enough for you to input your nationality without the Save box covering the field.

Try pressing the back button (triangle next to the circle and square on the phones menu bar)below the keyboard, sometimes (it's app dependent!) it will just close the keyboard and not actually perform a back operation...

Yes, that with the triangle indeed worked without it going back to previous page.
Unfortunately the stupid app still doesn't save it.
I will just try to phone Visa. This afternoon there was a waiting time of at least 5 mins.
I guess more people have problems with it.

Personally I seriously dislike everything needing to be done on a mobile phone these days. I got a neck & head injury and for me it's an ordeal to do things on mobile phone.
