After exchanging a few emails here with someone, suggest a video call if you feel comfortable with it, scammers will not want that so should help you filtering them out.
I would suggest checking into the new video filters, "Trafficked with Mariana van Zeller" has a good one on scammers and shows the guy being videoed but the video is a girl with a girl voice in a nice place also...lol
