Morning ~~~

Seems one of my grandsons needed some granny time.. So went and picked him up yesterday morning..

Or really just a little pampering... Due to he was riding a friends dirt bike and wrecked. Broke his Collarbone, hit a fence and pole.. He is pretty bruised up but could have been a lot worse..

This granny gave him the 3rd degree when I found out he was not even wearing a helmet.. He is 15 and knows what I think about safety gear with the kind of riding he does..

Anywho he is good just have to heal that Collarbone...

Guess I best head to the kitchen and start a late breakfast since he is still sleeping..

Later we are gonna hang out at the house today and chill play some games & watch tv..

What a busy weekend with my grandson he has keep me hopping, from seeing Spiderman at the movies, cooking, watching tv and playing games.

Humm well my grandson thought he could beat me at Wahoo... I have had this game for many years. Lots of my family members even have the game and we take it on cruises with us at times..

So we ended up playing like 4 games he finally said forget it for I won every game.. Hell yea~~~

well.. it's sunday.. woot.. I'm totally exhausted here from all the winter prep and other chit..

OMG it's almost noon but.. it's still morning

howdy folks.. welcome to a new week.. the house is 99% winterized YAY.. FINALLY.. been SOO busy getting the outside and exterior of the house winter ready I haven't had a lot of time for much else.. other than cuz I've been SOO tired.. phew..

never did get to finish my deck roof tho.. but it's winter ready.. and hopefully next spring I'll be able to get the actual roof on.. oh well..

only thing left to do is the leaves.. but the trees are still fairly full of those yet so once they get winter naked.. I'll be able ta mulch 'em into lawn food 'fore the snow falls.. at least that's the plan ya never know with mother nature.. she often has her own ideas

walnut trees? how cool is that.. I have some here too.. the deer seem to love those or it's the acorns.. not sure which but they come by and munch on them in the fall..

day's almost done and I'm heading ta bed ta watch a show or 2.. or until I pass out which shouldn't take too long.. anywho.. hope everyone had a great day..

mornin peeps 'n lurkers

it's a cold 'n rainy day in da hood.. it's definitely a fall day.. leaves are dropping like crazy and the farmers are out tilling their fields after reaping the crops.. furnace has kicked in more than usual, obviously cuz of the cold and damp.. but now it's time to focus on the inside of the house.. so more laundry today and the kitchen needs a good cleaning as do the floors (wearing my rubber boots and trodding thru the house all summer can cause the tiles to get a tad messy) one thing at a time tho.. hope everyone has a good day..

Seeing woodpeckers isn't a good sign.
But I haven't got the heart, or the money to have them taken down.
