I've used over 30 computer languages, including Spitball, Fortran, Cobal, PL/1, SQL, Basic, assembler and Forth. Never really cared for C# or C++. Really impressed with Python, amazing what it can do, how easy it is to learn, fast coding, and all the libraries, tutorials, and online help available. I find myself liking public domain stuff more. At first Python's indention format was a bit quirky but one you get accustomed Python rocks. Never had a chance to learn Perl or Ruby on Rails.

I am very interested in Python as well, but get intimidated by it because I am not a maths person, and it seems to be used heavily in science research. The indentation through me off as well. Kinda like CPP/C#.

have any of you guys ever used source forge> The web site. I wanted to build some provable experience as I have coded for just under ten years. And was looking into sites where you can work on some projects with others.

I don't really use SF, but GitHub is a good place to share.

LoL yeah I just started a GitHub account and am in the middle of the Hello WOrld introductory and was directed to it while filling out an application so I think you might be right about that.
