Well, my new way of eating and snacking in the evening is paying off!!!
First 1 kilo in a week. Now, almost 2 weeks in, I've lost 2,4 kilos!! YEEHAA!
Meaning 1,4 kilos in 6 days? Holy cow, that is a lot!
I don't need / want that much weight loss per week from here on out, as it'd be too much in too short a time, and not good for the body either that has to get rid of all kinds of toxins now as well. But this for now as a start is very inspiring for sure.
